2. Definitions

- User: Any individual using the platform, including vendors, customers, and affiliates
- Vendor: A registered seller on the platform
- Affiliate: An approved individual or entity promoting and earning from Sabar Mart products

- Buyer: A customer purchasing products from vendors on the platform
3. User Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to use this website.
- Vendors must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law and must provide valid GST and PAN details.
- Affiliates must register and comply with the affiliate policy separately.
4. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- Sabar Mart is not liable for unauthorized access to your account.
5. Use of Platform
You agree to:
- Use the platform only for lawful purposes
- Not engage in fraud, misrepresentation, or violation of any applicable law
- Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the platform
6. Vendor Responsibilities
Vendors agree to:
- Ensure all product listings are accurate and not misleading
- Fulfill orders promptly and maintain inventory
- Provide GST-compliant invoices
- Comply with Indian e-commerce, consumer protection, and tax laws
Sabar Mart reserves the right to remove any product or suspend vendor accounts for violations.
7. Commission & Fees
- Sabar Mart may charge vendors a commission on each sale.
- The commission structure is shared during onboarding and may be updated with prior notice.
- Any applicable TCS (Tax Collected at Source) will be deducted as per Indian law.
8. Shipping & Delivery
- Vendors are responsible for ensuring timely dispatch and delivery.
- Estimated delivery times are provided for customer guidance.
- In case of delay or non-fulfillment, vendors may be penalized or liable for refunds.
9. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
- Returns are subject to the Return Policy available on the website.
- Refunds are processed as per the Refund Policy.
- Buyers may cancel orders before dispatch. Vendors must honor cancellation requests timely.
10. Affiliate Participation
Affiliates must:
- Comply with the Affiliate Program Terms
- Not use misleading promotions
- Only promote Sabar Mart-approved links
- Understand commissions are subject to completed, non-returned sales
11. Intellectual Property
All content on Sabar Mart (text, logos, graphics, etc.) is owned or licensed by us. Users may not copy, reproduce, or exploit content without permission.
12. Limitation of Liability
- Sabar Mart acts as a facilitator between buyers and vendors.
- We are not responsible for product quality, warranty, or performance.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
13. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for any breach of these Terms or applicable laws without prior notice.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Gujarat, India.
15. Amendments
