These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Sabar Mart, an Indian multi-vendor e-commerce marketplace operated under applicable Indian laws and designed to connect vendors, customers, and affiliates. By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not access or use the site.
1. Definitions
- Sabar Mart / Platform / Website: Refers to https://sabarmart.com and its operator
- User: Any individual visiting or using the platform
- Vendor: A registered seller listing and selling products on Sabar Mart
- Customer / Buyer: An individual placing orders on the platform
- Affiliate: An approved individual/entity promoting Sabar Mart products for commission
- We / Us / Our: Refers to the platform operator/administrator of Sabar Mart
2. User Eligibility
- Users must be at least 18 years old and legally competent to enter into contracts under Indian law.
- Vendors and affiliates must provide valid PAN, GSTIN (if applicable), and bank details for verification and payment.
3. Account Registration
- You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information while creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
4. Platform Usage Guidelines
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose
- Post false, misleading, or harmful content
- Violate any applicable Indian laws or third-party rights
- Attempt to breach the website’s security or interfere with its operations
5. Vendor Responsibilities
Vendors are expected to:
- Ensure listings are accurate and updated
- Dispatch orders within the stipulated time
- Comply with GST and invoicing requirements
- Honor returns, replacements, and refunds as per platform policies
- Maintain product quality and authenticity
Sabar Mart reserves the right to suspend or terminate any vendor account that violates platform rules or legal standards.
6. Commission & Fees
- A commission (as per onboarding agreement) is deducted on each sale made by the vendor
- Commissions exclude applicable taxes (e.g., GST)
- Tax Collected at Source (TCS) under Section 52 of CGST Act is deducted and deposited as per law
- Payouts are processed based on sales and return windows, usually on a weekly or bi-weekly cycle
7. Orders, Shipping, and Delivery
- Vendors are responsible for the proper packaging, dispatch, and delivery of products
- Sabar Mart may facilitate logistics support, but vendors remain accountable for order fulfillment
- Customers will be informed via email/SMS regarding shipment and delivery status
8. Return, Refund & Cancellation
Returns and refunds are governed by our separate Return & Refund Policy.
- Eligible products may be returned within 7 days
- Refunds are processed after product verification
- Orders can be cancelled by the customer before shipment
Repeated order failures or customer complaints may result in vendor suspension.
9. Affiliate Program Terms
Approved affiliates may promote platform products and earn commissions based on successful sales.
- Cookie duration and commission rates are defined in the Affiliate Policy
- Affiliates must use ethical and approved promotional methods
- Any fraud or misrepresentation will lead to account deactivation
10. Intellectual Property
All platform content (logos, text, images, designs, etc.) is owned or licensed by Sabar Mart.
- Users may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit platform content without written permission
- Vendors retain rights to their own product content but grant Sabar Mart a license to display it
11. Limitation of Liability
Sabar Mart is a digital intermediary under the IT Act and shall not be held liable for:
- Product defects, non-delivery, or vendor disputes
- Losses due to misuse of your login credentials
- Temporary service unavailability or technical issues
12. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:
- You breach these Terms or platform policies
- We are required by law to do so
- You engage in fraudulent or unethical conduct

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
