- Avoid misleading claims or false product information.
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

5. Affiliate Links & Tracking

- The Company is not responsible for lost tracking due to:

- Technical failures beyond our control
6. Commission Structure

Commissions are earned when:

8. Prohibited Activities
Affiliates must NOT:
- Use spam, bulk messaging, or unsolicited promotions.
- Use fake traffic, bots, or fraudulent transactions.
- Bid on Sabar Mart branded keywords in paid advertising without permission.
- Impersonate Sabar Mart or act as official representatives.
- Offer unauthorized discounts or coupon codes.
- Use affiliate links for personal purchases unless explicitly allowed.
Violation of these rules may result in:
- Commission cancellation
- Account suspension or termination
- Legal action if required
9. Intellectual Property
- Affiliates may use Sabar Mart logos, trademarks, and marketing materials only for promotional purposes.
- Affiliates must not modify branding materials without written permission.
All intellectual property rights remain the exclusive property of Sabar Mart.
10. Order Processing & Customer Service
- Sabar Mart is responsible for processing customer orders and handling customer service.

11. Refunds & Chargebacks

- Initiates a chargeback
The related affiliate commission may be reversed or withheld.
12. Termination

12.2 Termination by Company
Sabar Mart may suspend or terminate an affiliate account if:
- Terms are violated
- Fraudulent or unethical activity is detected
- The affiliate remains inactive for extended periods
Upon termination, unpaid commissions may be forfeited if violations are confirmed.
13. Limitation of Liability
Sabar Mart is not liable for:
- Indirect or consequential losses
- Tracking failures or system interruptions
- Affiliate marketing performance
Participation in the affiliate program is at your own risk.
14. Confidentiality
Affiliates must not disclose confidential information including:
- Commission structures not publicly announced
- Business strategies
- Customer data
15. Modification of Terms
Sabar Mart reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued participation after updates means acceptance of revised terms.
16. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Gujarat, India.
